• Demolition of existing water distribution system
• Cast-in-place Concrete works
• Structural works
• Plumbing, General Purpose works
• Electrical works inspection and testing
• Providing chain link fences and gates
• Underground electrical distribution
• Design of new water distribution system
• Installation of new water distribution system
a. Supply and Installation of new AWWA Certified water tanks.
b. Supply and Installation of new smart water pressure system.
c. Supply and installation Electrical equipment's.
d. Supply and installation of Civil Structures.
Smart System

PROJECT SCOPE:
• Provide back-up power to Building 261 (Freedom Souq).
• Provide lighting, power and HVAC re-wired from normal power to the new standby/emergency source.
• Relocating the two (2) 800KW (1000 KVA), 400/230 volts, 3-phase, 4-wire, Caterpillar diesel generators from NSA2 to NSA1.
• Provide UL listed, in compliance with NFPA 30, 37, 70, 99 and 110 standards and the UFC, 48-hour capacity Fuel tank
• Provide 3000 amps (minimum), 400/230 volts, 3-phase, 4-wire plus ground automatic synchronizing switchboard with two (2) integrated automatic transfer switches (ATS), three (3) 2000AF/1800AT (for the generators and load bank connection).
• Provide two (2) new 2000AF/2000AT circuit breakers at LV-SWBD1 to feed the new emergency distribution switchboards (EMDPGA1 and EMDPGB1).
• Provide properly sized and complete backup power electrical distribution system consisting of switchboards, panel boards, conductors, conduits, underground duct bank, overcurrent protections, switches and all associated device
